Soaring Eagle Natural Area is part of the King County Park system. It is the northern end of a regional trail system starting at I-90 and includes Grand Ridge, Duthie Hill and Beaver Lake Preserve. For this work party we will be building turnpike structures on either the Babe's Way Trail or the North Trail.
Soaring Eagle is a 460 acre parcel above Issaquah that King County Parks has acquired, and will become part of the trail system that connects from I-90 north through Grand Ridge to Duthie Hill Park, north through Soaring Eagle. It contains many neighborhood trails that need repair and possible re-routes.
