Come help improve this beautiful local trail! We'll work on clearing brush from the trail corridor and installing proper drainage systems.
Cougar Mountain Regional Wildland Park, bordered by Lake Washington, Bellevue, Issaquah and Renton, is a mishmash of roads, trails, abandoned Army missile silos, abandoned landfills and somehow, plenty of wildlife. Cougar really do live here, and plenty of other creatures stumble across the trail from time to time. Not only is it King County's largest park, it is one of the largest wildland parks in an urban area in the United States. Amazing views can be had from higher up of the Seattle area and the beginnings of Snoqualmie Pass.
